Pleasantstone Bronte

Pleasantstone Bronte

born 5-05 (North Forks Black Earl X Mynydd Hir Boneddiges)

Gorgeous Welsh Cob! This shiny black gemstone makes her breeders trill, dance and sing. She is everything we are breeding Cobs for. We look forward to using Bronte in many ways and will retain her for our own breeding program. Before Bronte we had four gorgeous fillies by Black Earl and the lovely section D mare Mynydd Hir Boneddiges (by Minyffordd Megastar) They have produced such incredible lovely fillies together, a really unbeatable cross. The first three are all dark rich bays like their dam, Boneddiges.  We had to have a special name for Bronte’, which means, " The voice caused by lightning", (or Thunder) in the Hebrew language. She was born in the middle of a huge thunder and lightning storm after Boneddiges was dripping and ready to foal for over two weeks. All those sleepless nights!!!  Is was WORTH it! Bronte’ is absolutely stunning and a blessing for Pleasantstone. A perfect replacement of her own dam, Boneddiges.

Pleasantstone Ammearl

Pleasantstone Ammearl

born 7-17-07 (North Forks Black Earl X North Forks Lady Aemma)

This feminine black filly is being retained for our own breeding program as a replacement for her own dam. Aemma. Aemmearl was American Sport Pony site Champion at the Sept. 2007 inspection as well as being a site champion on our own farm. She has all the good traits of a quality welsh Cob. She has the type, frame, conformation movement and ability to go as far as we can go with her. We look forward to seeing her do many promising things. She is such a character with a pocket pony personality.
