PUPPY BUYERS QUESTIONNAIRE
What type and temperament are you looking for in your new puppy? We are
dedicated to breeding great Corgis and finding them great homes. In order to
help us to make a recommendation as to which puppy might best suit you lifestyle
we have some voluntary questions. We want to place the puppy in an environment
that suits them well. As the puppies grow we become familiar with each pups
conformation and individual personality. Hopefully with this information we will
be better equipped to guide you toward a puppy which realistically suits your
experience, needs and goals.

If you have anything else you would like to share with us about what you want
for your new Corgi; what activities you will do with the dog, what your
lifestyle is like, what animals you have at home, if you plan a special task for
this Corgi please do!
A typical Corgi temperament is very people oriented, active, alert, and eager to
please. They need to be involved in the family or have some kind of work to do.
Easily trained and very intelligent they do not do well if left alone in the
back yard with little human contact. Owning a dog is a serious commitment and we
want this to be a successful and rewarding experience for you and your
household. If you are like us and many others you may find you cannot imagine
your lives without a Corgi to love.
Some good doggy books:
1. The Complete Pembroke Welsh Corgi, by; Harper
2. How to raise a puppy you can live with, by; Rutherford and Neil
3.Good Owners, Great Dogs, by; Brian Kitcommons
4. The Farmer’s Dog, by; John Holmes
Your Corgi will be a reflection of the love, the time, the training and the care
that you put into him. If you are dedicated to the care of your new puppy for
its lifetime we would be most pleased for a Cornerstone Farm Corgi to become a
member of your family!
Please print out this questionnaire (or ask us to mail you one) and return it if
you wish to be placed on our waiting list (approx. 6-12 month depending on your
needs). We will contact you when our next litter is ready to evaluate. At that
time we require a non refundable deposit, to reserve one of our Pembroke Welsh
Corgi Puppies for you.
